 Me and my sister do an "at home" workout. We have a couple of different ab workouts that we do, then we do leg stretches and lunges before we take a jog or run around the neighborhood for cardio. Also, before I start any type of physical activity, personally, I have to be in a good mental state because I feel the workout has a better effect on my body. When it comes to food I always try and compare "what's on the menu" & what would benefit my body better, I would much rather prefer a grilled chicken to fried chicken. |
