![]() Staying healthy can be fun and exciting. It s important to keep a positive outlook and get involved in a workout regimen that keeps you wanting to come back for more. For instance, I love to dance and dancing is a great cardio workout! Even though I m exercising when I dance, it never feels like work. I am able to stay fit and enjoy what I do. Finding exercises that keep you interested and enthusiastic will, in turn, keep you committed; and a committment to a healthy life inevitably leads to a happy life so find a workout that is fun for you. |
